Katie Price has missed yet another court appearance, raising concerns from the judge about the former glamour model, who is dealing with a £760,000 unpaid tax bill.
Price was absent from her latest court date.
She was ordered to repay £40,000 earned through TikTok as she works to resolve her significant tax debt. She had previously been declared bankrupt for the second time in March 2024.
At a hearing held on August 19, it was revealed that Price had earned nearly £95,000 from TikTok alone between March and May 2024.
According to The Sun: “Barrister Darragh Connell requested an order be made where Price would be required to pay trustees 40 percent of the earnings. The order was granted by Judge Catherine Burton, who remarked she was ‘concerned’ after Price missed the hearing.”
Katie is expected to appear at the High Court’s Rolls Building on August 27 for a “public examination.” Currently, she is also paying 40 percent of her OnlyFans earnings in an effort to settle her debts. In addition, she has recently received an eviction notice from her £2 million Mucky Mansion.
The 46-year-old found herself in trouble after she missed a hearing on July 30. Shortly after, she was seen in Turkey, where she reportedly underwent facial surgery.
According to The Sun: “As she walked through Heathrow Airport she was detained by cops carrying out an arrest warrant. After she was issued another court date, Judge Schaffer told her: ‘You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to attend that date’.”
The judge also informed the reality TV star that failure to attend could result in her being arrested again. In response, Katie reportedly assured the court: “I will move my diary for it.”
The Sun further reported that Katie had asked to “attend the next hearing remotely,” explaining to the court that she “finds it difficult” to appear in person.
